Password Must:   Password should contain at least 2 uppercase letters, 2 lowercase letters, 2 Special characters, 2 Numeric characters.
Not be the same as 12 previous passwords (including current)
Be at least 8 characters long.
Not contain more than 2 consecutive identical character(s).
Password length should not be greater than 64 characters.
